  1. The said Company’s privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) is applicable to the users and also the subsequent end clients (“End Clients”) that they cater to.

The said Privacy Policy is to inform you of the said Website, about the types of information that the said Company may gather from or about you and your end clients, in connection with your use of the Website. It also is intended to explain the conditions under which the Company uses and discloses that information, and your rights in relation to the collected information. Each time you use the Website,, the current version of this Privacy Policy will apply. Accordingly, each time you use the Website you are requested to check the date of this Privacy Policy (which the Website bears at the beginning of this document) and review any changes since the last time you used the Website. The Company does not bear any responsibility for obtaining consent from the End Clients or informing them about their rights.

  1. By mere visit to this Website, you expressly consent that unless restricted by applicable law (IT Act 2000 & amended IT ACT 2008), you agree that all your personal information collected by the Website may be used and disclosed as set out in this Policy.

  1. What Personal Information does the Company collect from You?

We collect your personal information in order to provide and continually improve our website and services. When you use our website, you are able to seek our services and other benefits provided by us. In order to develop a customized software solution, you will provide us with personal information of your end clients, received or possessed by you, which you will share with us after obtaining relevant authorizations from the end clients. We shall then evaluate the received data, further enabling us to provide you with a customized software service.

We receive and store any information you provide in relation to Services that you avail from our website. You provide us with the following information-

  1. Personal information such as end client’s name, address and phone numbers, age
  2. Location information;
  3. IP address;
  4. E-mail addresses of your friends and other people;

Payments: When the end client chooses to make any payments towards the Users through our software, their financial account information, such as their credit card number, may be collected by our third-party payment processors. We do not collect or store such financial account information, but we may receive information from our payment processor about the payment, such as the date and time of payment. We are not responsible for protection of any payment, related information, as it is beyond our control.

We automatically collect and store certain types of information pertaining to use of Services from our Website.   1. For what purposes does the Company receive the Personal Information collected by you from the end clients?

We use the information provided to us by you to develop APIs, payment wallets and to transfer assets.  Further, this software can be used for the following purposes as well:

  1. For providing and improving Company services: The Company may use your information to administer my account, process payments, and provide customer support. The Company may also use your information to improve its products, services and Website by analyzing usage patterns and identifying areas for improvement.

  1. For providing personalized experience: The Company may use your information to personalize your user experience on the Website by recommending features, products, and services that might be of interest to you, identifying your preferences, and personalizing your experience with Services. The Company may also generate aggregated data to prepare insights to understand end client behavior, patterns and trends with a view to learning more about your preferences.

Additionally, the Company may from time to time, use your information to contact you for market research purposes.

We design our softwares with absolute security and privacy in mind. All information, including, without limitation, Personal Information and Personal Data is stored on servers and systems located in India ,  which servers are licensed, owned, and/or maintained by the Company.

We are committed to protecting the personal information in our custody. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate physical, technical and managerial safeguards are in place to protect the personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, transmission and deletion. We work to protect the security of the personal information during transmission by using encryption protocols. We use multi-layered controls to help protect our infrastructure, constantly monitoring and improving our applications, systems, and processes to meet the growing demands and challenges of security. We ensure that the third parties who provide services to us under appropriate contracts, take appropriate security measures to protect your personal information in line with our policies. Notwithstanding the foregoing, transmissions over the Internet and/or a mobile network are not one hundred percent (100%) secure and the Company does not guarantee the security of transmissions. The Company is not responsible for any errors by the End Clients in submitting Personal information Personal Data Personal Data to the Company.

We process personal information and special categories of personal data as per the applicable laws and protect your rights by following the principle of ‘data protection and by design and default’. Data processing principles such as data minimization at the time of determining the means for Processing and at the time of processing itself will be adhered to. We shall also by default only process Personal Data that is necessary for each specific purpose mentioned above. Such Personal Data of yours will not be made accessible to an indefinite number of persons without your explicit consent.

We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage, processing, and disclosure of personal information of End Clients. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you.

The Company believes it is important to protect the online privacy of children. Accordingly, Company adheres to applicable laws pertaining to the protection of children’s privacy. Company does not knowingly collect Personal information and Special Categories of Personal Data from anyone under the age thresholds prescribed by applicable laws for the collection of Personal information and Special Categories of Personal Data from individuals without parental consent. If the Company becomes aware that it had inadvertently collected Personal information or Special Categories of Personal Data from anyone under such age thresholds, Company would promptly delete such Personal information or Special Categories of Personal Data.

  1. How Long Does the Company Retain the Information shared by you?

The Company retains personal information for as long as necessary for providing the services sought by the Users or for other essential purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, enforcing our agreements and as long as processing and retaining your personal information is necessary for our legitimate interests. As these needs can vary for different data types and purposes, actual retention periods can vary significantly.

In a situation where we are required to cease processing while exercising the right of an End Client then we shall immediately securely and permanently delete the personal data or anonymize the personal data so that such data is no longer considered to be personal data and the End Client cannot be traced or pseudonymised or securely encrypted.

The Company understands that when you interact with the Company, the End Clients have rights over their personal information. These rights involve providing reasonable steps to allow the End Client to access personal information, correct any errors among others. In the event that the Users are not satisfied with our response or have unresolved concerns, the Users can get in touch with us to resolve the issue by means of email at ____________

You shall indemnify, defend, and hold the Company harmless, at your own expense, from and against any and all losses, penalties, liability, obligations, damages, third-party claims, demands, causes of action, costs, and expenses of whatever form or nature (each a “Claim” and collectively, “Claims”), including reasonable attorney’s fees and other costs of legal defense, arising out of or related to: (i) any negligent acts, omissions or willful misconduct by you; (ii) your access to and use of the Website; (iii) an actual or alleged breach of any of your duties, representations, warranties or covenants of this Agreement, except to the extent such indemnity is prohibited by law.

The Company does not solicit confidential details, such as your OTP/CVV/PIN/Card Number/ Bank account details through any means other than for  payment purposes. Company never initiate phone calls to the Users or their End Clients for the purpose of providing offers, discounts on softwares and offering free gifts.

Scamsters/fraudsters attempt various techniques such as ‘phishing’, to contact, influence and defraud consumers. Company consistently cautions and advises its Users against sharing any personal or payment sensitive information to unknown persons as such sharing may lead to unauthorized use and/or fraud and consequent financial loss. Company also from time to time, cautions and advises the User to educate their End Clients to be vigilant regarding such activities.

Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense incurred by anyone where the User or their End Clients have shared the personal and/or payment sensitive information with scamsters/fraudsters.

We also request and encourage our Users to report such attempts or incidents to our Grievance officer (or Customer care)[d] to enable us to investigate and explore legal recourse.

The Company relies on payment partners and banks for various aspects of our financial transactions. In specific instances where payment or refund issues arise, it's important to note that there may be delays beyond our control once we initiate the investigation and hand it over to these entities.

  1. Governing Law

The said Privacy Policy will be governed by the Laws of India. The term “Personal Information” shall have the same meaning as described under the Laws of India.

  1. Disputes

Any dispute, controversy or claim directly or indirectly caused by, arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy will be referred to confidential, mandatory and binding arbitration and the seat will be in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and a sole arbitrator shall be appointed by the Company. The proceedings of arbitration shall be conducted in English language and the arbitration award shall be substantiated in writing and binding on the User and the Company.  The User irrevocably agrees that the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to all matters arising out of this Privacy Policy.

  1. Complaint Resolution

The Users can direct any questions or complaints about the use or disclosure of personal data on Support@assetyzer.io . The Company will accordingly investigate and attempt to resolve any complaints or disputes regarding the use or disclosure of my personal data within  ( 7 Working ) days of receiving my complaint. 

The Company shall do everything it can to ensure that the Website is safe, secure and does not cause undue privacy or data security risks and the Company shall use the Website in a professional and ethical manner and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, any other statements and/or disclosures made by the Company to its Users and applicable laws.

In the event that the Company discovers or learns of any unethical conduct in connection with the use of the Website, or that the Website is being used in a manner that is inconsistent with the statements and/or disclosures made by the Company to its Users or is in breach of applicable laws, the Company will take immediate action to prohibit such unethical conduct and to ensure the proper administration of the Website.
