You agree and covenant that, prior to the commencement of any Service(s) under these Terms, you shall diligently provide the necessary documents (as determined at TCL's sole discretion or when required by Facility Providers, governmental authorities, or law enforcement agencies) ('KYC Documents'). These documents are vital for TCL to conduct due diligence concerning you, your business, and other business activities. TCL retains the unequivocal right to share the KYC Documents (or the information contained therein) and other related documents with Facility Providers, governmental authorities, or law enforcement agencies, as mandated by the Applicable Laws. Meaning- Submission of KYC Documents- Before starting any services with TCL, you agree to give them all the documents they need (called KYC Documents) to check you and your business. TCL can share these documents with banks, government authorities, or law enforcement if they have to according to the law.
You expressly consent to TCL relying on the KYC Documents provided by you for the provision of Services. Furthermore, you acknowledge and agree that TCL reserves the unqualified right at all times to monitor, review, retain, and/or disclose any information related to the Service(s) as necessary to satisfy any Applicable Laws, legal process, or governmental request. TCL does not create or enhance any part of the blockchain itself; rather, its services are offered as a means to facilitate transactions or interactions within the blockchain. You agree that any liabilities arising from actions or transactions conducted within the blockchain, which are not directly associated with TCL's website or services, shall not render TCL liable under any circumstances. You agree to retain records related to transactions for a period of 10 (ten) years from the relevant date of the order placed on your site. TCL, the Facility Providers, and/or governmental agencies and/or law enforcement agencies shall be entitled to audit and inspect the records and other data relating to customer orders at any time and without prior notice.
